A Favorite New Read

Are you looking for a beautifully-written love story to savor and enjoy as Valentine’s Day fast approaches? Recently a colleague shared with me one of her favorite new reads, Please Enjoy Your Happiness, A Memoir by Paul Brinkley-Rogers. According to the book jacket, Paul “is a veteran war correspondent and Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist. Unforgettable Valentine’s Day Fun

As January ends, I immediately start think about the upcoming Valentine’s Day activities. While we’re only four days into February, the shelves overflowing with heart-shaped cards, candy and gifts have been beckoning since early January. I was shocked to see Valentine items displayed even before the reduced Christmas items were sold or removed from the store shelves in late December!
